Rustlers' Corral is a locally owned and operated family business. We believe in local support; that is,keeping our dollars in Medicine Hat and surrounding area.

We open at 8:00 am daily - Monday thru' Sunday. Our kitchen is open until 11:00 pm Monday thru’ Saturday, and until 10:00 pm Sunday.

Rustlers' Corral truly serves Alberta's best beef. We can proudly say that all of our food is prepared fresh daily. All of our products are prepared from scratch on the premises; honest to goodness homemade sauces, our famous Caesar salad dressing, gravies, desserts - unlike chain restaurants, nothing is prepackaged. We serve REAL potatoes (hash browns, french fries, mashed, stuffed).

We age all of our meat before cutting for utmost flavour and tenderness. Rustlers' "Ghost Rider" Steak Sandwich is one of our best sellers. It is AAA Sirloin injected and aged with our own secret recipe of herbs, spices, fresh garlic and ???? We DO NOT use tenderizers or MSG. They are also larger than the average Steak Sandwich starting at 8 oz. and often as large as 10 or 11 oz. of mouth watering meat.

We age, then slow-cook our Prime Rib, Big Beef Ribs and Roast Beef. Another favourite is our All-You-Can-Eat Big Beef Rib which are available 7 days a week.

We supply a nice variety of red and white wine, appetizers (gotta try the sweetbreads, peel 'n eat shrimp, crab legs, and jumbo escargot), desserts, bagged lunch menu, and a catering menu for larger occasions.

The atmosphere at Rustlers' Corral is rustic and very unique displaying pictures of many rodeo locals. There is a large outdoor patio off the lounge/pub, Big Screen TV, VLT's, and a pool table. The fully licenced dining room consists of secluded rooms for semi privacy which is perfect for parties, meetings, etc.

Our menus display cowboy poetry written and published by the late "Glen McKenzie" from both of his editions.

We also have a delivery service for those who wish to enjoy take-out.

You may have heard stories about ghosts that live in Rustlers'... these stories may or may not be true. You tell us.
