Make sure you choose a tea that does not contain caffeine, and enjoy it while you read a good book and relax. If you prefer TV or movies, that’s fine. Just be sure to turn off your screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime.

Keep a Consistent Bedtime

Help your body develop steady circadian rhythms by going to sleep and waking at approximately the same time every day, even on the weekends. Your body will learn what to expect and begin it’s sleep routine automatically when you keep a reasonably consistent schedule. To get to bed at the same time every day, set a sleep alarm on your phone or other device. Determine what time you need to start getting ready for bed, and utilize technology to keep you on track.
